Cancellation Policy

At Lavnaya (operated by Evergrow Enterprise), we value our customers and understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or until the item is shipped, whichever comes first.

• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Process

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order ID.

• If the cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time frame, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is required at cancellation.

4. Order Cancellation by Lavnaya

• Lavnaya reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious/fraudulent transactions.

• In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).
